This 3-Level log cabin has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room and game room. It has lots of covered and open-air outdoor living space with front, side, and rear porches and decks; plenty of space for outdoor dining! The bottom floor game room has a comfy pullout sleeper sofa for one or two more guests!

We all loved Honey Bear Cabin. It met all our expectations in gathering our family of 10 for my husband's 60th birthday. The cabin and grounds were lovely. We had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals and chocolate birthday cake. The living area was cozy and yet accommodating for our family of 10 adults and 2 toddlers. The outside seating in the woods with hammock and hammock swing was a great place to visit and relax ~Virgina~
It was our first time staying in a cabin and the overall experience was an adventure we will never forget. The property is well kept and very clean. Our only regret was that we wish we had stayed 7 days or more. ~Ruby~

Our stay at Honey Bear Cabin was everything we expected and more! We selected this property to enjoy with family from Missouri and to celebrate our daughter's graduation from ASU. The spacious deck and large dining area made it possible to host our daughter's friends and families for a potluck celebration. About us
Our Story
For the past 25 years, our family has seemingly been in constant motion. Due to my husband and I serving in the Marine Corps and Air Force respectively, and changing stations every few years, our children have never had that one idyllic place to call home.
After being stationed in North Carolina and falling in love with the rich and diverse countryside there, we decided it was time to remedy that situation. And that is how “Honey Bear Cabin” came to be.
The name “Honey Bear” derived from a nickname that my father gave me as a little girl and it is a name that evokes warm memories of family, unity and love. It is these same feelings of love and warmth that we wanted to engrain in our children via “Honey Bear Cabin”. We wanted a place where family holidays could be celebrated, where our three children (two of whom are now in college) could find a quiet respite to escape their busy schedules, and a grounding point to return to from wherever the call of duty takes us around the globe.
Our hope for you when you stay at “Honey Bear Cabin” is to use our home as a canvas to paint your own lifelong memories together. Whether it is for family gatherings, special celebrations, or just to put your feet up for a while, we warmly invite you to make yourselves at home!
